Refund Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

We would rather refund a purchase than keep money for something that was not useful to you.

1. The short version

If a guide was not what you expected, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it. You do not have to explain why.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@get-book.com from the address you used at checkout.
  2. Include your order number, or simply the email address on the order. If you have your Creem receipt, replying to it works too.
  3. Tell us you would like a refund. A reason is welcome but optional.

You can also contact Creem directly, since Creem is the seller of record for your purchase. In practice, contacting us is faster.

3. What happens next

  • We confirm your request, normally within 3 business days.
  • The refund is issued by Creem to your original payment method.
  • Banks and card issuers typically take 5–10 business days to post it. The timing after that is outside our control.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the law of your country of residence. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases; our policy above is at least as generous, so you can simply use it. If you believe you are entitled to more than this policy provides, tell us and we will look at it properly.

5. A note on digital content

Our guides are delivered instantly, so you receive the whole product immediately. That is why we ask you to request a refund rather than relying on returning anything — there is nothing to send back.

6. Abuse

We apply this policy generously, and we would like to keep it that way. We may decline repeat requests from the same customer or orders that show a pattern of downloading a guide and immediately requesting a refund.

7. Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please email us first. A chargeback takes longer to resolve than a refund and costs us a fee, so a quick message is better for everyone. If you have already opened a chargeback, we will work with Deposit Guide’s merchant of record to resolve it.

8. Contact

All payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem is the seller of record for every purchase and handles payment processing, invoicing and applicable taxes.
